Contrary to the fact I have a page about Marilyn Manson , I actually don’t have a problem with him. It’s just the legions of idiotic fans he influences. It’s not especially his fault though. He sings the sort of music you would expect angry/depressed teenagers to group around in awe. The reason people like Manson is the same as why they like Slipknot or Nine Inch Nails. It’s loud , fast angry and your parents are sure to hate it. But it’s the way in which some Manson fans base their entire belief system around Manson’s music and dress the same way to fit in with other fans of their ‘Idol’ and then call Christians sheep! And these people call themselves individual?

Lets face it here , the Manson style of dress is hardly head turning anymore. In actuality it’s nothing more than a tired, worn-out cliché. You must remember that dressing Gothic is still a fashion. In a lot of emails I receive people criticise me for not pointing out that trendies are all the same. Well they are. However trendies never claimed to different from anyone else. They are at least aware of their conformity and are not bothered by it. Goths on the other proclaim themselves as ‘unique’. This hypocrisy is the reason that I single out Goths as opposed to trendies.

Basically Goths are no longer the minority they used to be. When I was 10 I saw maybe 4 Goths a week now I can see upwards of 30 a day. Admittedly there are less Goths than trendies , but the point is you are now in a social clique that is large enough to be criticised for falling into the mainstream stereotypes associated and created by Goths. I mean take a look around this site. How many Guestbook entries or emails actually agree with me? The majority are Goths who come here looking for a fight. I mean I never asked you to come here. The title of the site is Goths Suck so why do you all seem so outraged that this site criticises your social group? To put it simply I am the minority here , not Goths! The problem is that all Goths may NOT dress the same (In my opinion most do) but your thought patterns are identical. If you don’t believe me look at the Guestbook. Almost every entry openly attacks me for my opinion. Swearing , accusing me of being Christian and basic name -calling. So now could come the argument that you all THINK the same. The evidence IS there. Trendies ARE sheep but so ARE GOTHS.

Also of some of the questions commonly asked. I Do have a girlfriend (At the time of writing) , I do have a life , I do go outside (Was at a gig last night actually) and I am NOT a Christian. (I am an Athiest although I used to be a Satanist) I will reply to most emails but if you basically swear etc etc then I will not bother. I just don’t have the time for ignorance.

Every complaint I have made, at least I have tried to justify my opinions and back up with personal experience. I do not recall swearing at any Goth on this site , yet the Goths who come here do not have the manners , courtesy or intelligence that i have at least shown them. I honestly thought that this page would upset a few idiots but had no idea that so many Goths were so rude ,stupid and outright mean. perhaps my expectations of Goths were too high. I suppose I was very very wrong.

If you cannot see through the glass then I see no reason why I should remove it.
